Orthex Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2023 according to the following schedule:

• 8 March 2023 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EET: Financial statements release for 2022
• 17 May 2023 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EEST: Interim report January–March 2023
• 24 August 2023 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EEST: Half-year financial report January–June 2023
• 7 November 2023 at approx. 9.00 a.m. EET: Interim report January–September 2023

Orthex's Annual and Sustainability Report 2022 including the Board of Directors’ report and the Financial Statements for the period 1 January–31 December 2022 will be published online in March in week 12/2023 at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting of Orthex Corporation is planned to be held on Tuesday, 18 April 2023. Orthex’s Board of Directors will convene the general meeting later.

All financial and other reports will be published in Finnish and in English, and they will be available on the corporate website at https:/investors.orthexgroup.com/ after the publication.
