Orthex Corporation: Jens-Peter Poulsen to leave the company’s Board of Directors

Jens-Peter Poulsen, member of Orthex’s Board of Directors since 2021, has announced his resignation from the Board as of 31 October 2024. Mr. Poulsen has been appointed to a new, time-consuming full-time position; hence he will leave the Orthex Board. Following his resignation, the Board of Directors of Orthex will consist of four members until the next Annual General Meeting.
