Orthex Corporation’s Annual Report 2021 has been published. This is the company’s first Annual Report as a listed company, and in addition to the annual review it includes the Board of Directors’ Report, Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Report for the year 2021. The Annual Report also includes the company’s Sustainability Report.

The company’s Sustainability Report for the year 2021 is now part of the company’s Annual Report for the first time. In our Sustainability Report we explain, for example, the steps we have taken during the year to be able to reach our carbon neutrality target. Among others, we made a comprehensive calculation of the carbon footprint of our operations and value chain for the first time and all our factories switched to 100% fossil-free hydropower. We aim to be carbon neutral in our operations by 2030.

The Annual Report is published also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). The main statements in the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF-statement of Orthex Corporation is unaudited.
